QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FLOW OF WORK :


1. CUSTOMER COME TO KIOSK FOR COLLECTING THE TICKET AS PER HIS SERVICE BY SEEING ON TOUCH SCREEN
2. AS CUSTOMER TOUCH HIS DESIRED SERVICE WILL GET THE TOKEN NUMBER
3. FROM THE COUNTER WILL CALL CUSTOMER BY SOFT PAD AND AT CUSTOMER WAITING AREA . THE CUSTOMER WILL VIEW/LISTEN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SERVING TOKEN.
4. THE CUSTOMER AFTER SEEING TO HIS TOKEN NUMBER ON MAIN DISPLAY WILL PROCEED TO THE DESIRE COUNTER.
5.AFTER SERVICE FINISHED,THE CUSTOMER WILL MAKE A COMMENT ON THE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TERMINAL,THEN LEAVE AFTER DONE,AND NEXT NUBER WILL BE CALLED.

4 digits for display ticket number,2 digits for display counter number,with the arrow for the direction to the counter

The newly calling ticket number will flash at the top of the display (Optional)

Wired and Wireless system solution available

The size and length can be customized as per customer requirement
