Metal Jacketed Gasket

A Metal-jacketed gasket withstands a very high surface pressure in order to work. The gasket molds well and has very good resistance drift abilities. Metallic Jacketed Gaskets are widely used for sealing higher temperature and pressure applications, where non-asbestos materials will fail for that application. Typical applications of this type of gaskets are used for heat exchangers, compressors, condensers, and valves.
