The machine state of art developed wholly indiginesouly and supplied to number of reputed PVC PIPE PLANTS throughout INDIA and EXPORTED with repetition of orders, too. The machine is designed in such a way, to cut slots on PVC PIPES accurately and fastly.
Slotting Machine manufactured by us covers full range 40 to 160 mm, 80 to 250 mm, 200 to 400 mm & 400 to 630 mm, pipe length 3 mtrs or 6 mtrs long in one setting.
Available Special Slotting Machine for Slotting HDPE Pipes, Slotting 2/3 Area, Slotting Zig-Zag Pattern, Slotting follows any standard, 6 mtrs Long Machine with Double Trolley and Slotting Head, Slotting Two Pipes at a time, etc with different combinations also. We can also design any kind of Slotting machine for PVC/HDPE/STEEL Pipes with special features and desired type of slotting
The machine is provided with H.S.S cutters, powered with 15 HP /20 HP A.C Motor. The slots are cut, at 300 mm / 450 mm length per stroke at a time. The machine is controlled by PLC with HMI. [HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE] To operate machine in Auto mode only one push button to press, to complete the slotting of 3 Meter OR 6 Meter long pipes. For machine operation, need not to have the highly skilled operator. The machine is also with built in induval control of each motion, for which separate push buttons are provided.
The machine is with built in a dust collector for neat and clean operation and dust could also be collected and recycled for making pipes, with which a lot of saving in Raw material cost. The machine is suitable for producing any other international standard also, for which you must specify the requirements to follows.
The machine requires max 20 HP/ 25 HP AC POWER and a connection of AIR line with 6/8 BAR pressure from existing plant, only.
