The CNC Machine (Computer Numerical Control) produced with the latest technologies for cutting straight and special parts (i.e., elbows, Y shapes, offsets, reducers) from insulation panels, used in the fabrication of pre-insulated HVAC ductwork.

Pal CNC Cutting Machine is the first machine that can be used for cutting all shapes of pre-insulated panels by means of blades, without the use of milling (or routing) tools.

Due to this technology the amount of wastage is dramatically reduced. (Up to 15%)

The machine is extremely “user friendly” and the latest version of our dedicated CUT EXPERT software is easy to manage. Due to a perfect process industrialization of the product Pal introduce to its valued customers a very high-quality machine at minimum cost. The standard machine is completed with a large quantity of accessories and devices dedicated to reduce the production time and generate the best quality of finished product.
